CyberProof is looking for Social Media Manager with a proven track record of managing social media for a brand or organization for B2B audiences. They should possess a strong understanding of social media analytics and demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Creativity in content creation is essential, along with the ability to adapt to changing trends and audience preferences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the social media strategy for CyberProof company, brand and services.

• Drive and launch various strategies to grow follower, engagement in line with competitors.

• Monitor and perform crisis management on social media platforms.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on social media campaigns to drive demand and increase pipeline velocity.

• Create unique engageable on social media that attract growth and engagement.

• Report on a frequent basis, the results against set KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in management and growth on social media for a B2B audience.
  • A social media growth hacker by nature, who can demonstrate principles as well as tried and tested methods for growth in engagement and followers.
  • Skilled at social media paid campaigning, tools, and targeting for LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Proficient in current social media trends and analytics tools e.g. Sprout Social
  • Understanding of cybersecurity B2B audience and how to deliver engaging content is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Open to learning and feedback, with a goal oriented and independently motivated mindset.
