Release Manager

About the position

 As part of your role, you will own the CyberProof Platforms Release Management lifecycle with includes

scheduling, coordinating and managing the releases across the enterprise for multiple applications.

Role and Responsibilities

  •  Manage the Release Lifecycle of CyberProof Platforms including Customer Onboarding, Platform Release Upgrades and Modifications in Production environments.
  • Coordinate Platform Release Schedule and Allocate Resources
  • Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality.
  • Measure and monitor progress to ensure Platforms releases are delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet or exceed expectations.
  • Manage communication with Customer representatives including project plans, commitments, scope changes and schedules.
  • Manage relationships and coordinate work between different CyberProof teams at different locations: Sales, Pre-sales, Program Management, Product, R&D, IT, CBB and Security Operations Delivery.
  • Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists.
  • Manage CAB meetings to discuss release work plan, identify and remove roadblocks
  • Maintains a Document release repository and manages key information such as build and release notes, procedures, dependencies, and notification lists
  • Continually work towards making improvements in the release process



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 4-6 years of previous release and/or project management experience, (Solid understanding of project management principles preferred)
  • 8-10 years of experience in information systems operations environment in systems analysis or development
  • Formal training in project management practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
  • Proven experience in various of the following tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Aha, Bitbucket, JFrog
  • Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • English full professional proficiency.
